Miami Windsurfing Festival              august 2-3, 2008

 

Wow, The Miami Windsurfing Festival total successes.  
 
The event was co-hosted by Sailboards Miami and Miami Windsurfing.com. Approximately 100 windsurfers and their families came to the beach on Saturday August 2nd and Sunday August 3rd to participate in this great community festival. Sailors took advantage of 2008-2009 windsurfing equipment demos by KA sails, Neil Pryde sails, and JP Boards. Families and children of all ages enjoyed the beginners' clinic and lessons hosted by Ovidio DeLeon, US Master Instructor and owner of Sailboards Miami.
 
Meanwhile more advanced sailors were in the water testing the new equipment. Other sponsors helped shape this event with interesting and refreshing products including Steaz energy drink, Max Muscles Nutrition Products, and Diabeskin moisturizing cream. Their sponsorship helped create a beautiful day at the beach.
